Marshall Harrell III
In 1995, after graduating from college, Marshall Harrell III was planning to spend two years learning about the business that his family operated. He is still here and is still learning. He feels that Burleson County Title provides a service that helps people and helps make certain that perhaps the largest, most valuable thing they ever purchase really belongs to them. The best part of this job is the people that he gets to work with each day. "Burleson County Title would be nothing without my colleagues."
Elizabeth Junek is the Manager and Escrow Officer. Elizabeth has been with Burleson County Title since March 2007. She and her husband have lived in Burleson County for almost thirty years and love the rural aspects of Burleson County.
Linda has worked at Burleson County Title Company for since 1992. She know everything there is to know about research in Burleson County. She has lived in Caldwell, TX all her life. "It’s a great community to live in and your neighbors and friends are always willing to help you in time of need."
Tracey Cramer was born, raised and is an educated native of Washington County, Texas. One of the best things about this area is it's never boring, with the many yearly festivities like the Bluebonnet Festival, Octoberfest, and of course Blue Bell, to name a few, which bring you to enjoy the beauty of the surrounding countryside. Country living at its best!
She graduated from Brenham High School and Blinn College. Her previous experience working in the real estate world and for a surveying company got her in the doors of Burleson County Title. She has been with the Company as an abstractor since 2016 now and she has to say that it’s not only a pleasure to work with these folks, but she has made some great friends. Research Coordinator/Escrow officer
Kea Vasquez is the Contract Coordinator at Burleson County Title. She graduated from Caldwell High School, and from there she went to play softball at Alvin. She married her high school sweetheart in 2015 and they have one daughter.
Office Manager/Escrow officer
Courtlynn Gilliam began her career as an Escrow Officer with Burleson County Title in 2019. She is a proud graduate of Capella University where she received her bachelors in Human Resource Management.
Courtlynn and her husband Justin, started their family in California, during his enlistment in the United States Marine Corps, and they have two children, Madilynn and Connor. They relocated to Burleson County in 2019 and are enjoying their new home in this vibrant community. Courtlynn is honored to be a part of helping others’ real estate dreams come to fruition.
Gabby Silos has been the student worker at Burleson County Title since the summer of 2018. She is always on the go running errands and helping wherever she is needed. She graduated from Caldwell High School in 2018 and is currently in the process of applying to nursing school. Her drive to help others has motivated her to become a nurse one day. Gabby enjoys working at Burleson County Title because her coworkers "are some of the sweetest people she has ever met."
Sherri joined Burleson County Title as Contract Coordinator in 2020. Born in Maryland and raised in Burleson County, Sherri is married to her best friend, Justin. They love to travel and share a deep passion for music which includes enjoying their ever growing vinyl record collection. Sherri is also a mom to three great kids. Mikayla, Dylan and Jake have always kept her busy and make her very proud.
Sherri’s background in Property & Casualty Insurance has helped her in her research role here at the Title Company. She loves her job and is thankful to be part of such an amazing team!
Lauren Johnson joined Burleson County Title as a Research Coordinator in 2020. As a graduate of Milano High School, Lauren continued her education at Tarleton State. She and her husband, Travis, have 2 daughters. She enjoys spending time with her family, camping, hiking, watching her daughters show livestock, as well as being active in multiple community organizations.
